Cherry or Blueberry Dessert
2 cans pie filling (cherry or blueberry)
1 stick of butter (melted)
1 box of cake mix
nuts (optional to sprinkle on top)
Spread 2 cans of pie filling (cherry or blueberry) at the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle white cake mix over the top. Drizzle one stick of butter over the cake mix. If desired you may sprinkle nuts over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Let cool and service with your favorite whipped topping (I'm all for cool whip). :)
NOTE: You can also do 1/2 blueberry and 1/2 cherry in the same pan. The person who has the center piece will get a little bit of both...bonus! ;)
