A friend (whom I don't know in real life) showed a picture of this adorable sweatshirt that she made for her little girl and posted the link of where I could find it. So away I went to
etsy to find this adorable sweatshirt pattern! To my wonderful surprise I found it and it was
very affordable! Not only that but it was a unisex pattern, one I could use for both of my kiddos! The size went from a 6 month all the way up to a 5T. It's called the
Urban Unisex Hoodie Pattern. I decided to make one first for Van (just in case I messed up I wouldn't be out that much fabric) and I had what I needed on hand. So I found some nice lime green fleece and some brown knit fabric and went to work. I LOVE this sweatshirt. I was a bit intimidated when I first looked at the directions but it's sooo simple to put together and I can't wait to get started on one for Annika. I plan to make Van another with also!
I have yet to add the buttons. However I'm having trouble with this part so I'm thinking about investing in a snap pliers so that I can do snaps. I guess you can't do button holes on fleece to easily.
Here's some modeling shots!
Isn't he just adorable!!!! I can't believe how big he's gotten! The flap is where the 3 buttons will be placed.

super cute.
So I'm trying to make this and I told Selena it was reversible, but I guess it never says that. Is it reversible, or could it be reversible? Thanks! :)
